To enter the autoshow, select the icon of cars in the festival, in the auction house. If you can't see the icon, exit the festival and select Cars from the menu, then click a similar icon. The autoshow lets you browse and buy cars. You cannot, however, buy all of the cars here. The cars can be bought for credits - the in-game currency.
