Model: 2015 Skoda Superb SE L Exec 150 4x4 Estate. Posted 23 March, 2016. Blanking off is easy. Although the EGR valve is hidden down the back of the engine, the outlet comes through the cylinder head and out the front. So you just need to insert a blanking plate where I've circled below.

Year: 2017. Posted 18 September, 2020. It's obviously leaking when hot and pressurised. check all around the engine and underneath when the engine is fully warmed up and with the engine running. Could be a loose hose or a defective cap on the header tank. If not go to a local garage and ask them to do a pressure test.
Every time i let the car idle and then put light pressure on the accelerator, this happened. The noise seemed to come from around or below the EGR valve. I'm even more confused now . If there are any 110 TDI owners reading this, can they please tell me if this is common. Cheers. JD
