You should visit a Repair Shop to fix it. You can keep driving, and it will randomly cut off due to the damage as you go. Accumulating more damage will just make that happen more often.
I bought a truck and had limited funds so settled on a cheap Mercedes model with 460 hp. I was towing a heavy load and noticed extremely slow acceleration. So much so, that I was worried about the hills common in Italy and dreaded toll booths. Other than improving the hp, what other factors can improve acceleration?
